Sharp 36C230 Review: Sharp 36C230 36" TV. When I began my search for a 36 inch TV, I was amazed to see the abundance of new hi tech models, at very high prices. I wanted to pay less than $1000, including a TV stand, which left me with only a few alternatives. Eventually, I narrowed down my choices to the Panasonic CT36E13, the RCA F36650, the Toshiba 36A43 and the Sharp 36C231 (the same model as the 36C230, but in black and grey).
